This office is organizing a conference for entrepreneurs and managers, consisting of 3 conferences on different aspects that affect the legal management of the company in times of crisis. The following spoke: Enrique Climent, Lourdes Ferrando, professor of commercial law at the faculty, and César Cháves, professor of criminal law. The first will contemplate different casuistry on the acts of management of the company that have caused legal problems, such as personal responsibility of the administrators of companies, the precautions to consider in the creation of a company, novelties in procedural processing before foreclosures and strategy to adopt in negotiation with banks. The second will deal with banks, preferred and subordinate, provisions to the bank of Spain, and abusive clauses in bank contracts. And the last one will be about the criminal responsibilities that an entrepreneur can have in acts of company management. The cost of the day will be recovered from credits for training.
